Our goal is to help our customers in time of need. We will still work with you and your home warranty insurance when you have a claim. The only change is how payments are handled.
Recently we’ve had issues with home warranty companies that have resulted in the following changes.
Payments are now due by the home owner when a job is completed and insurance reimbursement will have to be paid to the home owner.
We wish we could keep dealing with the insurance companies for you, but we are constantly put in a bind when we pay out for labor and material to only have the insurance company go back on what they pre-approved for the home owner.
