Restaurants rinse a high volume of grease, oil and food debris down their drains every day. Drains clog like an artery, they gradually build up gunk on the inner walls of the pipe. Most every kitchen ignores this pending blockage until their sinks no longer drain.
Flooding your kitchen or not even being able to clean dishes, will quickly become an emergency.
The problem with not being proactive with your drain maintenance is that waiting for a clog to happen usually means your drain has more gunk caked inside the pipes then if you performed annual maintenance. It’s more time consuming to clear when drains are neglected
To properly clean your drains, we must first find which manhole the kitchen drains to.
Once that is established, we’ll inspect your drains to determine if a cleaning is needed at that time. The cost of the inspection is credited towards any hydro-jet cleaning performed, even at a later date.
Commercial Inspections are $295 flat rate and can go up to an hour, from the manhole back towards the kitchen. We also inspect from kitchen drain out towards manhole only when a kitchen has large enough diameter pipe. This is a minimum two man job for safety and efficiency. We Do Not allow anyone in a manhole without a spotter.
In some instances, a kitchen won’t be able to accommodate our water restrictions needed to perform an inspection. We highly recommend scheduling your inspection during non-peak times.
If an after-hours inspection is needed, an additional $100 is added to the inspection, this will not be credited back, this is strictly labor costs.
Our commercial jetter is equipped with 1000′ of hose and an array of accessories to completely clean your drain lines. Typically the jetter is reserved for another job a day in advance. If an emergency cleaning were needed, we have partners that we can lean on for equipment.
The final quote for a commercial jetting is given the day of the inspection.
It’s one of the most thorough methods of cleaning a drain line or sewer main line. Jetters use high pressure water forced through a high tensile strength rigid hose to a nozzle that focuses water into a jet stream.
Hydro-Jetters are the choice tool for clearing soft blockages. Jetters are able to break up globs of congealed grease and debris stuck to the side walls of your pipe. Imagine what a clogged artery looks like, that is what happens to drains overtime.
What makes a Hydro-Jetting Superior over a cable Rodding for soft blockages?
When a cable rodder goes through a soft blockage, it can rarely clear it because as the cable goes back and forth, the soft blockage just collapses all around the cable. Soft blockages are need to be scrubbed from the side walls and forced down the drain with high pressure jetter.
